Architectural Review Committee

The Architectural Review Committee reviews all changes residents would like to make to the exterior of their property. The review looks not only at the structural impact of the change, but also considers the rules and regulations of Founders Place as outlined in the governing documents of the Association.

Beautification Committee

Our residents take pride in our community. The beautification committee is a group of dedicated volunteers that help to beautify Founders Place. They work to enhance the entranceway gardens and help with seasonal decorations. We value their input and suggestions on needed changes.

Landscaping Committee

Each Spring we invite our residents to let the Board of Directors know of any landscaping issues or desired changes in the resident’s landscaping. A form is mailed to each homeowner every spring.

Annually, the Board of Directors, the Landscaping Committee along with our Landscaping company and our Arborist walk through our neighborhood reviewing all of the resident requests and all of our plants and trees for care and replacement.

All residents’ yards have a lawn irrigation sprinkler system. The yards are mowed weekly and snow removal occurs when there is 1inch or more of snow.
