FOUNDERS PLACE

Founders Place Homeowners Association (HOA) is a not-for-profit entity of our Founders Place resident owners. The HOA elects a seven-member Board of Directors, comprised of homeowners who live in our community, and empowers them to ensure our community is well maintained and assures resources are utilized effectively and efficiently. The Founders Place Board of Directors holds regular meetings. All residents are encouraged to attend the Board meetings and discuss major decisions and issues that affect the community.

Like many HOAs, Founders Place employs a management company. The Founders Place HOA management company is Hillcrest Property Management Company which is located in Lombard, Illinois. Hillcrest’s primary duties are to manage administrative overhead, manage our sub-contractors, collect Homeowner Association dues, enforce HOA policies, and assist the Founders Place board and committees with their duties.
