Founders Place Homeowner’s Association is here to help ensure our community looks it’s best and functions efficiently. The HOA board is made of homeowners who live in our community that are elected by the homeowners themselves. The members hold regular meetings where all owners are encouraged to join in and discuss major decisions and issues that affect the community. Like many HOA’s we employ a management company to assist with many of the day to day duties, Schrank & Associates, Inc.
The Founders Place HOA management company’s primary duty is to manage the administrative overhead, are responsible for managing the sub-contractors, collecting dues, enforcing HOA policies and assisting Founders Place board and committees with their duties.
